Upstate Karate provides a controlled environment where teens can find non-violent resolutions to conflict while working in a team setting. Students will learn confidence, self-discipline, and self-control as they learn to act and react to the world around them. Our teens are treated with respect and taught to return the same respect to others. We believe in encouragement and positive reinforcement. We also offer incentives for good academic grades. We teach our students the importance of setting goals and working to meet them.
